Senior Lecturer,  University of Goroka

Before receiving a scholarship to do my Doctoral program, my knowledge, confidence, and competence in my academic profession was limited. I was a resident assistant and lecturer. Attaining my doctoral degree enabled me to broaden my knowledge and skills in speaking and writing. I became confident in imparting and disseminating knowledge to students and participating in research projects.

I have established myself as a competent researcher, lecturer, writer, speaker, and am more inclined to be proactive in my job. I developed better judgement, analytical skills, perceptiveness, and, above all, excellent communication skills. I attained substantial self worth, raised my self esteem, and gained a sense of accomplishment. I am now enjoying my job as a Senior Lecturer. All in all, the experience was very rewarding.
